Watiga expands relationship with FIS by integrating multiple FIS private equity solutions to scale its administration business
Watiga, a Singapore-based provider of trust, fund, loan and corporate administration services, expands its relationship with FIS®, a global leader in financial services technology, to support the growth of its fiduciary and administration business by integrating FIS Investment Accounting Manager for its client accounting engine (formerly InvestOne).
Since 2020, Watiga has used FIS Private Capital Suite (formerly Investran) to deliver fund and trust administration for investment vehicles, including investor reporting, capital calls and allocation management for its clients throughout Southeast Asia. With the growth of its administration business over the past few years, including new family office structures, Watiga has chosen to expand its service offering for portfolio accounting, particularly with respect to liquid portfolio assets.
To support this expansion, Watiga has selected FIS Investment Accounting Manager to serve as its investment accounting engine. Harnessing the power of the cloud, it automates and streamlines the processing of the most complex multi-asset investment portfolios and strategies, supports a real-time view of current traded positions through our integrated investment book of record (IBOR), and leverages FIS’ pioneering multiple books of record (MBOR) functionality for a multi-dimensional view of any portfolio.
