Lifepack has raised US$7 million from Golden Gate Ventures in a series A round. The deal was inked following Lifepack’s success in providing quality and affordable medicine for patients in Indonesia. They also offer medication for chronic diseases.
Founded in 2020, Lifepack plans to build seven more warehouses in key metropolitan areas in Indonesia, adding to the two it currently has in Jakarta and Surabaya. The facilities serve to provide a central location for stocking, inventory, and distribution of medication across the country.
Watiga Legal acted as international legal counsel to Lifepack in the fundraiser. The Watiga Legal team comprised of founder and managing director Matt Richards and senior associates, Mikhail Wee and Norashikin Kamal.
